PF amount not credited to my bank account till date

Sir,

This is to inform that I have submitted my PF withdrawal request with all requirements to HR Department of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd at Kochi, Kerala in the last week of August. As per my knowledge and information received EPF department will release the payments within 45 days. But till date I have not received any intimation and haven't received any credits to my bank account till date from EPF. Kindly do the needful to know the present status of my withdrawal request.
