Renewal Premium after three premiums

I have Policy number 44921441 under the product name "CAPITAL UNIT GAIN SIZE ONE". The Date of Commencement of the policy is 25.03.2007 with Premium Amount Rs. 20, 000.00. My adviser told me at the time of purchasing the policy that only three premiums are compulsory. After three years/ paying three renewal premiums, the payment of premium will be optional. You may pay Top up amounts optionally. but in any case, the policy will not be terminated.

Please clarify the facts that is it compulsory to pay the next renewal premium after the third premium. Thanks.
