Harrasment about claim

My name is vishal gupta having a health care policy from bajaj allianz life .my policy no is 0049209624 i m having this policy from the last three years . in september i sent a claim of Hernia amounting rs 30049.Then i received a letter from the company dated 11.11.2009 to sent the copy of the first consultation and some other documents and i did the same and since then i havent heard anything from the company .and i m again and again writing mails and calling the company regarding this but nothing is done by the company except giving a NEW COMPLAINT DOCKET NO. whenever i call the customer care they says the claim department is seperate nd we just dont know anything regarding this.

They give the no of their TPA which is 18003453339 nd i m dialling this no from the past three months regularly but no body receives the call, i even gave an email to this TPA but their was no response, and when the same i told the customer care they said to keep on trying that as they cant help me out all the details regarding claim is with TPA giving a new compliant no.

. please help i m so harrassed by this punishable behaviour of the company.
