Dear Sir/Madam,

On 5-4 I had visited Nedumangadu Federal Bank Ltd. to collect the bank statement for my organisation (Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. )which is a regular customer of federal bank. But my experiance was miserable. As I had to wait for almost 2 hours for the bank statement for my organisation on other hand one of the official Named Preetha passed indecent comment regarding my organisation while printing out the bank statement for me. This is not atall a proper way to deal with the representative of such a multi nationalcompany like Bajaj Allianz. If this is the behaviour of the employer towards the representative of such a large company then what would be there behaviour towards normal customer, so kindly consider my above complaint and do the needful. Hope you would be taking necessary steps to avoide this type of complaints.
