Lack of transperancy

I am holding 2 policies with Bajaj Allianz, below are the details -

1. Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain), Issued on 14/09

2. Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain), Issued on 20/02

I paid premium of INR 30, 000 for 1 policy since inception, Yesterday when i went to check the value of the policy ..I was told that i will get only INR 10, 000...

I fail to understand that, despite the fact that Indian stock markets have given phoenomenal returns in last 1-1.5 yrs, How has the value of my policy declined...

I want a clear cut explaination about this from the company...

I must tell everyone, It is one of the worst Insurance companies, and dont buy any ULIP products from this company...
