I had purchased a laptop from Vijay Sales of Mahim amounting to Rs. 52000 and paid 20000 towards down payment and balance payment of Rs 32000 were financed by bajaj finance under there scheme. I paid 12 instalments of Rs. 4336 /- monthly amounting to 52000. I have not heard any thing from the bajaj Finance about the refund of the amount but the company is pressing hard to take Rs. 200000/- loan sanctioned to me for prompt payment in the previous transaction. I am relay surprised to find the finance company has charged me Rs. 20000 for amount 32000 principal for a period of 12 months. Will compay provide me details about the interest rate they hhave charged for this loan. What check does RBI have on such heavy rates of interests. Is there any chances to get the excess amount refund to me-Shiroorkar U R
