Ghost Loan

Hi,

I keep getting SMS from BajajFin that there is an overdue of 667 in loan a/c 400190074. Fact is this is not my loan a/c. Its a case of mistaken identity. I even compalined to them about this but I still keep getting these SMS. What action should I take.
