I, N.I.Haroon Rashid, residing at 10-Pulavar street, Ilayangudi-630702, Sivagangai district, i have got consumer loan from Bajaj Finance (Madurai Branch) for Rs.45000, on10th July. My proposal Number:9034
During the re-payment period, two cheques are bounced, for that i have paid the two installment Rs.4750 at Ramanathapuram Branch.
(i) Receipt No:4120077640 Date:11.09.2007 - Rs.2375
(ii) Receipt No:41266136 Date:01.11.2009 -Rs.2375
I had the above mentioned receipts in my hand.
At the time of getting final statement from the Madurai branch office, i have informed and show the receipt to them.
But, still my name is displayed in the CIBIL, Due to this display i did't get any loan from any organisation. This may spoil my reputation. Kindly i request you to remove my name and due amount from the CIBIL.
The cheques are cleared from the ICICI bank, Ramanathapuram Branch.
