&&&&This is second time I am posting this complaint&&-Bajaj do not care about any individual who gets ripped off from them&&&
Hi,
Bajaj Finserv is ripping off their customers by offering EMI Card in their customers web portal. I applied for EMI card on 19/10 and on the same day I was charged Rs.199/- for the same. I applied it from my consumer loans personal section where it was saying that you are qualified for EMI card having limit of 75, 000/-. I dont know what was going through my mind and I applied for that.
After these, my nightmares has started. After one month, I called up customer care (I really doubt they care about customers). Initially, they told me my card was returned back to them because my address is in non delivery area. How the hell is that possible because I was living in the capital city (Gandhinagar) of Gujarat. I believe that at least every capital are deliverable area. Still those guys gave that excuse. This time I told them please deliver my card asap as I am moving out of this property in next month. After another month, nothing happened. I called up them again and asked them to change my mailing address and they did it too. But, still I was not receiving my card. I have called up customer care about 10-12 times spoke to ramdas, sai and many other people from Bajaj Finserv. Everytime I was getting assurance and re-assurance that I will receive my card in 7-10 business days. But, their business days are not over yet. Finally, I was sick and tired calling them over and over again so on my last call (21-February) to them I asked them to cancel my card and give my money back and pay me for the trouble I went in. Also, I asked them to give me call back but they even do not have courtsey to call back customer who facing this type issues. After waiting for 4 months I can not receive my bloody EMI card for which they charged me in October. In four months, any object can travel 4 times round the globe. It is only matter within india.
I am wondering how Bajaj Finserv business is still going on.
Do not ever choose Bajaj Finserv for any Financing needs.
I hate customer service. I forgot to add that they did not even give my money back. They are bunch of beggars stealing customers Rs.199/-. Bajaj Finserv is team of beggars.
