Refund of amount paid through credit card

Dear Sir,

i ve requested for my refund of the amount due to cancellation of KSRTC bus tickets where the payment is made through credit card. I ve walked in to your HSR Layout BDA Complex Bangalore One centre many times regarding this, to be frank it is going to take more than 5 months!! Still yet i didnt not get the amount. Whats happening and what happened to my amount?
