Dear Sir, I have an saving cum demat account no. 033001000687 in icici bank which is not operating by me due to illegal deductons made by the bank as not maintainning Rs, 10000/- balance. Although bank is aware that zero balance can be maintained by a demat account holdereven than the bank is deducting amount illegally. The bank has no proper system, working in the air. However, no guidlines have been issued to the bank employees. The bank is simply deducting the amount on no basis. Kindly help me to get my money back.
