Dear Ganesh Kamath,

This is to bring in your kind attention that, i Chanchal Gandhi, customer of your Syndicate Bank, Shahdara Branch is

facing obstinacy on my debit card concern from last 6months, wherein the Senior Manager Mr. Duggal is also helpless.

Concerns:-

1.Debit card not wroking in own ATM machine but working in other bank's ATM machine.

2.Applied for Internet Banking but din't got any response from Bank's side in last 4 months.

3.Charged 12 times 20/- for withdrawal from other bank's ATM (b'coz own ATM was not working) but din't reimbursed single time.

4.Debit card cannot be swipped on any POS machine (EDC machine) shows error: declined.
