I am a women candidate. I did my M.C.A, M.phil (awaiting for degree certiicates).

i want to persue ph.d.for doing ph.d i want to buy books, materials.i have to pay fees.

I want to do my ph.d without asking money rom my family. I want to stand on my own leg.

i dont have any assets, bank balance now.only thing is confidence to study.

please understand the problem.suppose those students/public dont have parents or (orphan)

want to study means how they will study i u r asking the above.plz consider and give loan

with their institutes id card or sign from their heads o institutions.
