I have recently purchased a flat in Uttam Nagar (West Delhi). I am looking out for a loan of around 18lacs, but none of the bank is entertaining the application since for uttam nagar area the map is not been approved.
Can anyone help me out in same matter? I have already paid the Biayna amount of 5lacs.
Can anyone give me some reliable agent number which can help me in getting my loan application processed. Even if some one can provide me number for govt. approved architects which can approve the map for my property in Uttam Nagar.
