Dear Sir,
I am holding savings account (A/c no – 03460100006910) with your Kali – Ahmedabad branch. (Nr. Jambu chowk, opp lalita mahal cinema Kaligam Ahmedabad 382470).
My ATM card no is 4029 8502 0533 8350 valid up to Nov.
On expiry of ATM card, I have contacted your bank and request submit for necessary action.
To my surprise, I came to know from Bank entry in my pass book as on 8.8.2011 that an amount of Rs 221.00 deducted from my account without any information to me.
When contact again to Branch manager, I was told that as I have used ATM last on 18.01.2010 and therafter did not use ATM, the said charges are deducted from my account and is livable to me only.
But on such plea it is not fare to deduct rs 221.00 from my account for renewable of ATM card, which I asked on after it’s expiry date.
Above all, the height is The branch manager told me that it can be refund if I have any FD or plan to open any FD with this Branch.
This is really shocking with me…… You can not force customer in this way for making FD with branch.
I request your immediate action in this case along with refund of 221.00 to my account.
I feel a lot mental harassment with this type of response and if action will not taken by your good self, I will raise the same to LOKPAL BANKING AUTHORITY also.
