Irresponsibility towards a bank customer

SIR, i loss my debit card & i give an application for the debit card on 16/7 at COCHIN HDFC branch & told me that it will take maximum 2 weeks only to reach in your home adress. on 31/7 i got an sms in my cell thet my new card is issued on 28/7 & dispatched from the (hd office) & to collect it from the KALMASSERY- BRANCH (COCHIN). Regarding this message i contact to the bank about to collect the new card & they told me this card is not received in this branch still on 10/8. i contact to the supporting cell & they give me the (erod - code) of the dispatch card, then the branch person told the card is received here.i gone to the branch and try to collect the card & i checked when it reached, it already reached on 28/7 & there is no PIN for that card, they told me that it dispatch to ur home on 28/7 itself by ordinary post. Till today (18/8) it does not reached in the post office.
