Problem in Net Banking Bank of Baroda

My BOB saving a/c no. is 18440100006299 which I have opened on 18.1.2010 at your Nagla, Palia (Kheri) Branch.

I have received my internet banking KIT on 22.4.2010 from Branch which they have activated/emailed on 24.4.2010.

But till today the kit is not working and it is showing invalid login name/password.

I have mailed so many times to barodaconnect but no response as yet.
