I Sarabjeet Singh Taluja is holding a saving a/c in Surat, nanpura branch in Gujrat. Now Had forgotten my netbanking password and had given a written request to above branch in october last year.

I had mailed several times to bob customer care and that branch but still yet no response still yet after 6 months of request.

sir, these people in bob branch had no shame after so much request.
