Manager explains about his incapability about work

I went to BOB gulabhagh branch to take a new locker, the manger first said that i should come 5-10 days after as he is v busy, i also told him about any deposits to be made i am ready for that.

After a week i visited the branch again, he liked screemed at me as if i had came to ask for some undue favor. he said that the branch is lacking of staffs, and a person who is lookng after the lockers is on leave. i requested him to look into the paper i brought and just open a locker whenever he is free.

He explains that he does not know the procedure or what documents are required to open the locker, so he cannot take any risk alloting a locker even after i make a hefty FD against it.

BOB is one of the oldest bank in India, Top people should look into it, so that suitable people can be recruited
