I and my wife had visited your branch at pushpa kunj on friday to open an account with you as there is more 4 account of my family so I visited your branch and asked for account opening form from you front desk staff (i can't recollect the name) he was so rude as if he is doing a favor on me by giving the form I think as if you don't need more client's and you will be never improving your standard and the way of style,
I was to shocked that till now also your staff is working like a urban branch where there are all unqualified and lower class of staff who don't the the meaning of customer service.
Any way i would like to bring to your kind that my sister Miss.pervin begum saghir ahmed Address (dowri nagar, gate no-1 room no-B/91 opp vakola police stn Santacruz east mum -55) had open a NRI account with you may be in the month of sept 08 but till date she had not been given any supported document, cheque book or debit card every time when she come on vacation from dubai and go the you branch she is not been attended and supported.
I am giving you a weeks time to solve the problem any i have also forwarded this letter to consumer forum for mis-behaving with the customer and improper customer service.
