Internet Banking Process getting delayed

Hello BOB,

On 21st July I have requested for ATM PIN & Internet Banking by presenting application at the main branch to Mr. Satish. I've been told to collect the ATM password from the branch after 7 days & internet PIN will be send to my postal address, then i have not received internet PIN at my home, then i go to the branch for the same, then i have received ATM PIN but for Internet PIN i have been told to come after 15 days then I again visited the branch today, after waited for more then 45 mints for Mr. Satish i received the answer that the process will take more 15 days & the Internet Banking PIN will be sent to your postal address... can i know for what bank wants more then 30 days & how much time i will have to go to the branch for such an small things?

Some time have been told that you have to collect the Internet banking PIN from the branch & some time they tell that the PIN will be sent to your home... dont you think how embarrassing it is? what the bank officer thinking ...? customer is free what ever time they say we will present?

I kindly request you to take necessary action thus customer like me shell not think to get rid of account from the bank.
