Not received atm card despatch last yea

Sir,

In respect to collect ATM card from BOB VAPI GIDC BRANCH, against old valdity due card, which was already despatch from H.O.telephonic information received from toll free BSNL costomer care office. Today answer was given that give your application we will provide same on monday ie 07/08, yesterday we were on strike, hence we cannot provide you today.

NOTE: BOB IS PLAYING LIKE FOOTBALL WITH CUSTOMER.INSTEAD TO HELP & ASKING NEGATIVE ANSWER TO US.IS THERE ANY SOLUTION? OR EVERY DAY LEAVE SERVICE TIME & SIT IN BOB VAPI GIDC BRANCH?
