I was having terrible experience for first time at ICICI bank while deposit cash on counter. The person named Ashok Kadu behave very rudely while I was in line. He said use ATM to deposit cash. I was ok and standing at second number. The ATM was also having line. He said ATM will be faster than doing on counter but he is not realizing at all that ATM also has long queue. I was terrified he stating to me the statement again and again and I have to shout to him that I am fine standing at second number in line. Please do your job. I can expect this experience in other bank but not ICICI. Is this the customer cursory? Do you claim with this that you are doing best? Do you have any explanation to above situation?
