Dear Sir,

My Father in law (jagdish bawabhai Patel) Working in Custom department.he was expired as on 25.01.10. his pension nominee is my mother in law Nilaben jagdish patel. my Father in law (jagdish bawabhai Patel) pension file PPO No. is 554051000107. pension creditted in Bank of Baroda, Pali Karambeli Br. Ta. Umargam, Gujarat. but pension is not creditted since last five month.my mother in law Nilaben jagdish patel also provide life certificate in Bank. everytime banks manager and officer replied that pension is creditted on next month but till date not given a proper resollution. so, pls. see the matter and given a guidance and help on this case.
