Bank of Baroda housing loan
Penal Interest

I have deposited my emi of housing loan on time but bank is charging penal interest on the same, when i told them about the same and requested them to revert the penal interest or correct it for future so they not even ready to listen but also misbehaved with us and make laugh of us.
