Employees of Bank of Baroda, Sarvodaya Nagar are a good example of govt employees who never like to work. Neither they are interested to prepeare draft, nor any other work even if you are having Account in some other branch of BOB.

They even don't like to do passbook entry and gives the reason that jahan ka account hai wahin entry karao...
