I Mrs. Prachi P. Bamugade was holding ABN Amro Credit Card (5415382325962314) in 2008. Said card has been expired and i was not renewed that credit card. This is regarding the call from customer care for the recovery of payment. I am getting threatening & abusive calls from customer care for ABN Amro Credit Card payment. When further inquired about the balance payment details & requested for the final pending statement ABN Bank executive is denying providing the disputed statement, also every time they are changing disputed amount. Please note I never denied the payment (if any) As per my record there is no outstanding payment, but still the customer care person named as Arjun Kumar harassing me by calling on my Office No. as well as on my mobile no. Every alternate day he keep on calling for 50-60 time a day.
This call was from Delhi at around 12:30 pm since 24th Sept. So I requests you to see in this matter & I expect no more such calls from yourside.
