Refund Of Debit

Sir,

This is to inform you that my ATM cum debit card is blocked in HDFC bank ATM infront of newdelhi railway station (Ajmeri gate side). I have submitted a complaint through email and the reference number is 576992. i haven't got any money, my ATM card and recipt also but i got the message in my mobile (2 Times) that Rs 5000/ is debitted from my account on 08-03 at 04:59 PM. This is for your kind information and necessary action please.

Rs. 5000 has been debited from my account by 2 times but only one time of refund was credited to my account.

Still I did'nt get a refund of Rs. 5000/- back.
