Rs 500 still not credited to Beneficiary account

Hi Sir,

My name is Binod Kumar Sha. I made an online transaction of Rs 500 my brothers account on 17th Sept. Until now the money has not shown up in his account. I called up the customer service for Bank of India and was asked to call the NEFT desk at 022-22820641 . I called this number and then i was asked to send an email with details at email address [email protected] and [email protected]. I have send multiple email to the department and the money is still not credited. I call the desk and no one picks up the phone. I have the RBI transaction number.

Please Help.
