Due to R .B . I . block the Pen co oprative urben bank. Our fix deposit are blocked in this bank. Now I am 65 years old widow lady. I am srffring from eye alser on left eye. And cataract in right eye. Now I have no vision. Also I have a knee pain problem Dr . says about knee replacement . now what can I do. Please give me my deposit which is in PEN CO OPRATIVE BANK . This letter I am given through my relatives. Please do as early as possible to recover my vision.
