I, Dr. Rajesh Bharti, have an a/c no. 1239000400109922 with Punjab National Bank Home Branch District Lalitpur, used my ATM Card to withdraw Rs. - from my account at the ATM counter of Bank of India at Manik Chowk on 28/04 at 7.745 pm. As soon as I inserted my ATM card and entered details of withdrawal of Rs.- power went off. No money came out. I collected my card. No printed slip also came out. Later I found that an amount of Rs.- has been deducted from my PNB account. Later I complained about this to the Bank where I was issued the ATM but no action was taken. The customer care service advised me to make a written complaint to crm.isgipnb.com.in but this site could not open even after many attempts. Please forward this complaint to the customer care PNB and oblige.
