Money is withdraw through ATM without orignal atm card

Sir,

i m jyoti kumar a/c holder and also staff of bank of india..on 9/4 from my a/c 30000rs is debited by somebody through ATM card i dont know how? Becouse i have my atm card with me... nd bank refuse to accept any complain or to do any help... also police dont want to write any FIR..

So, please help me..
