Dear sir

I am sanjeev kumar resident of H-3/26 sector -11 rohini delhi-85 . I am customer of your bank in garg center at rohini sec-11 whose account no is 20082561711. I applied for atm card on 12th august. I received atm card after 2 and half months but not received pin numbers. when I ask bank officials they says to me u will collect after 1 month pin number. I says to bank officials atm card issued within one months. when i ask where is bank manager they told me he is on leave. they told me u open new account that we will give u atm card and pin number on the spot. I refuse to open new account they told me pls wait one month. Again I face any problem in future they told me open new account. Sir this is not a solution. I request to you pls send me my pin number as soon as possible.
