Amount deducted

This is in regard to make a requset for the amount deducted from my account on 23rd April. I havent made any transaction but the amount has been deducted from my account and I havent got that back even now. Please assist me to get it back ASAP.I wont be able to reach the bank as i am out of the state due to some personal reasons.
