Anch offifers not helping for internet banking

Respected Sir,

I Have not get any solution from branch. yesterday i went in branch JALGAON CITY) but the officer give me answer that BHAVASAR SIR is not present there for you cant apply today for internet banking or mobile banking.

interesting thing which happen about me that when ever i go in my branch BHAVaSAR SIR on leave.

i am giving you dates i visited branch for internet banking.and not get any solution because BHAVASAR SIR not present. dates as follows

first visit 6/08

second 2/09

third 5/09

fourth 31/10

from last five months i am trying to get internet banking but the above problem is coming. I HAVe given complaint on 10/09 online but till today not get any solution. Now what should i do?
