DELAY IN SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM FOR NON-RECEIPT OF CASH FROM ATM

Dear sir,

I made a complaint on 24 May in Bank Of Maharastra Surajpole gate (Udaipur) branch. I was trying to withdraw - from state bank's ATM but the amount is not received and deducted from my account. I receive my amount on 4-10 after complaining on there web page regarding settlement.

To make complaint i visit there branch surajpole gate at Udaipur (Rajsthan). I make complaint as there employee suggest. And now they told me that information submitted by me was insufficient.

If my information was incomplete then why BOM not revert me. And after few month they deposit amount by a complaint.

I am continuous following with BOM but they are sending unacceptable answer.
