Dear Sir,

SUB: COMPALIN BANASL FIN: BR0188 : Dharmesh Trivedi

My self Dharmesh Trivedi, i have open account with BANSAL FIN for my saving and investment purpose, and i have invested Rs.25000 in this account,

I have given account to Mr Darshan, and i have precisely said that without my confirmation pls do not trade in my account, and i have also said him pls do not do future and option in my account. As on date i am not received any cotract note and statement.

But after opeanig account they just change the thigns like any thing i dont belive it how this people can trade in my account without my permission and confrimation,

1. Un authorised trades in my account,

2. No Single confrimation after trades in my account,

3. No Contract notes after trading,

4. Always fake ledger balances on phone,

5. Send all the contract notes after total loss in my account,

6. i have tried Mr. Sanjay Kotak and explain him whole scenario but he is also part of same thing and he just fooling around me,

And after so many phone calls & E mail to head office, Bhavnagar and confrimation i am just writing mail to you people.

pls guide me what should i do i am just waiting for your phone calls for the same, pls do the need full for the same,

I m waiting for you two days, and pls guide me how do i need to police complain for the same,
