I am Dr Y S Bundela and I am having saving bank Account in Standard charted noida sector 18 branch since 2004.

This is to inform you that I have been given 2 Bajaj Allianz policies 2 years back of 99000/oo premium each.

This year the premium due date was 31st march and I was continuously receiving phone calls from Bajaj Allianz helpline to pay for the premium cheques. Since I had other financial obligation I said many time that I do not want to further invest in these policies. When I was going through my bank account transactions I found that these premium amount were directly debited from my account on 3/7 and to my surprise I have not received any SMS regarding these transactions. This is unacceptable on part of bank and it is a total breach of confidence. I am really surprised why it is done almost after 3 months and when I clearly told Bajaj Allianz people that I am not ready to invest ant further. I think it was done deliberately since Standard charted bank and Bajaj Allianz both are party to it.

After that I called many times to my relationship manager Mr. Ashish Kapur and he assured me that my money will be reverted back. I came to branch also and met Mr Suchit singh sachdeva and he assured me the same. Now it is almost 15 days that I am ringing both of them and they are just telling me that it will be done in next 2 or 3 days, but I have yet to receive any information. It is me who is calling again and again, but nobody has any courtesy to call me.

I am really pained by behavior and apathy of Mr Sachdeva and Mr Ashish kapur and these transaction which were done without my consent has put me into deep financial trouble and mental agony. This was done to me despite me being so called preferred customer. I believe that these things were done because these people were getting financial interest from this.

I request you to look into matter and Take action against Standard charted bank for their unprofessional and apathetic attitude. This bank has robed me of my hard earned money. I request you to get my money reverted back to my account since it was not without my consent and I am in deep financial trouble. I am also registering my complaint against Mr Sachdeva and Mr Ashish kapur for their unprofessional and apathetic attitude to take action against both of them. After this incidence I have lost my faith in standard Charted bank and I feel that even your money in bank is not safe
