Dear Sir,
I would like to bring you following facts:
* that I did not initiate any application for any thing in Barclay bank,
*that I was contacted by the bank and offered me Barcley card,
*that on request of bank's representative, I provided all the information on phone
*that I was I was told that I would get card in due course of time.
*that I have received rejection letter and for getting report I am being asked to pay Rs 50, if so required
*that bank's helpline was helpless even to connect me his supervisor and after lot of hassle he gave only Bombay bank telephone,
*that the person attended 66159603 noted down my mobile number and said that the manager concerned would call me,
*that I have not received any call till now
*that subsequent calls to Bombay branch were disconnected by the person manning that phone.
It is very embarrassing.
