Hello sir,

Myself Ashok kumar Poddar, Resident of Munger bihar.

Maine bazaz allianze se ek policy li thi 10th dec me. But last month maine iska status pta karne ki kosis ki to munger branch ke manager ne kaha ki aapka check bounce ho gaya tha. maine unse kaha ki mere bank account se 10000 ka deduction hua hai aur uska details v mere pas hai. aur uski ek copy v unhe provide ki. aur complain v lodge ki. tb unhone kaha ki avi march closing hai avi time lagega.

maine kal 20 april ko unke office me call kiya aur apna policy status janna chaha tb unhone kaha ki mai jald hi aapke paise return kar dunga.. mujhe sak hai ki unhone paise ko kahi aur use kiya hai aur system me galat information diya hai. aur mai 20th april ko jb customer care me baat ki to unhone kaha ki mere policy k against koi complain darj nahi kiya gaya hai. so please do something against him and the manager. i am mentioning the details of my policy here...
