The Bharat Gas outlet in Poonam Kirti appt in Andheri east (Poonam Nagar)... Om Vinayak Gas services. is illegally selling new connections to public for 5200/-. However the amount displayed on the notice board is 1250/-. when asked they say if you want to buy new you have to pay 5200/-...they are fooling the public and taking undue advantage of their monopoly in the market.
