Hi - I am registered with Bharatgas branch at Kalewadi Phata, Pune under PCMC. Cylinder delivery person demands Rs. 5/- extra over the printed receipt. And when I asked, what is it for... and they say its transportation charges. I told then it should be mentioned in the bill itself so as to track it. And he has no answer for it. He says "if you want the cylinder, you pay 5/- or else he will take cylinder back."
With this... where Rs. 5/- goes we don't know and this malpractice must be stopped.
