PACL India Ltd. a compnay having chain system business to promote their business to join others & earn money. But after some time the senior guys forced the junior ranked people to invest for monthly gift i.e. TV, Wrist watch, VIP Bags etc.. to improve their business or target. Otherwise they used their reference & stop the commission at the branch. I would like to know who has given the pemission to stop the commission. According to the company terms & conditions or rule of any chain system business, the higher ranked person will get the commission if their junior doing good work in the field. Obviously the should support the junior.
