Hi Sir,

I have submitted a free look request for my policy on 14/02 cancellation.

But after some day I have received a message from Bharati Axa stating that I have withdrawn the request but I have not done so. They are cheating their customers with the help of their agents. Please do the needful. I want the free look up to be done.
