Not Sending my PF for the settelment

Respected Sir,

I left Bharti AXA Life Insurance com (Kyd Street Kolkata Branch) on the month of May and filled up my PF withdrawal form in the month of Sep 2009 after several followup with the HR i got information that they can not return my PF amount as there is some outstanding with my company. And after full and final settlement they will proceed my PF.

So, Finally I have Cleared my Full and Final Settlement in the month of Aug and till they not send my PF Claim to PF office.

Please do the needful..
