Not payment of pension regarding ppo no-36973

My pension payment ordered has released by epfo in the month of jan regarding ppo-no-36973 but this ppo has been received by the state bank of india dallirajhara in the month of feb through sbi raipur main branch jai stambh chowk raipur. But three month have passed i have not received my pension and pension arrears.
