Myself Devendra Burade had purchased 2 Pears soap from Nasik road Big Bazzar on 05 June with Cash Memo T13/49157 time 20:02:18.
As per packing on :
1st Soap packing: weight : 126 g: Bar code 901030306402 : Mfg 18.10.10/L3 13:32
Printed Price on Pack: Rs 40.00
As per Bill price in invoice: Rs 44.00
Excess Charged amount: Rs 4.00
2nd Soap packing: weight 80 g: Bar code901030276835 : Mfg 01.12.10/L1 07:32
Printed Price on Pack: Rs 27.00
As per Bill price in invoice: Rs 29.00
Excess Charged amount: Rs 2.00
Why such so? what time I will get revert for same?
How can I get refund and what is time frame?
If I am not satisfied with reply what should next level to forward grievennce.
