Regarding issue of PAN Card

Sir,

I have applied for the issue of new PAN card through UTI, Chandigarh on 31st March and my PAN car has not been received so far. On enquiry it has been intimated that my PAN card has been despatched to me at my residence address at House No 843/I, Sector 40-A, Chandigarh on 15th April and I may approach to nearest Post Office. Time and again I have been visited, but every time the dealing persons said that my card has not been received. Customer Care Centre has been informed that they deliver my PAN card vide No EQ 777 998 936 in. Despite streneous efforts have been made, but my PAN card is still awaited. I shall be highly obliged if the same may kindly be deliver to me under intimation to me at my email address i.e.
