Birla Sunlife Insurance
BOND NOT YET RECEIVED BUT COMPANY CONFIRMS BOND HAD BEEN RECEIVED

Dear Sir

I had applied for a Birla Sun life -Dream Plan in september and after which I went to abroad. Now when I call the Company they say the bond had been received by some other person.

I have even submitted the undertaking form to reissue my bond. But till now no action is being taken

Please suggest what to do
