Dear Sir

I Naveen kumar Policy holder of Birla Sunlife Insurance Company Ltd. with Policy no. 004433985. The policy issued at 7th oct. My policy recieved by me at 16th Dec. Mean while it was recievd by my neighbour Shakuntla due to reason of similar address at 26th oct as per company record. My advisor Mr. Manish sharma did not tell me about this and did wrong commitment to me. He said that company will give me 20% gurantty on paper even he did show also. But on policy bond there is nothing like that. Only 10% is there even that is not gurranted.

I visited personaly at karkarduma branch Delhi at 6th dec than i came to know that my bond has recieved by my neighbour at 26th oct.

I went at 17th Dec at my home branch Pitampura delhi. But they refused me and did not cancel my policy under freeiook cancelation. I had mail lots of time at birla sunlife costumer services but they are not replay in any mode neither phone nor e-mail.

please consider my case and cancel my policy.

Please help.
